Support Services NEC Alternatives Analysis Prague

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations issued a task order to Kieran Timberlake to conduct a comprehensive 6-month study on the Embassy Compound in Prague, Czech Republic. The study was dedicated to assessing upgrades, renovations, and/or additions necessary to align with planned program operations, enhance facilities, and address security needs at the existing historic complex. Its primary goal was to determine the feasibility of remaining in place for future operations. Hollingsworth Pack provided pre-construction management, including scheduling and site logistics expertise.
