Saint Marc Police Station

New construction of a police station.

Preparation of bridging documents for the design/build solicitation of a renovation and additions to the police station located adjacent to the courthouse in Saint Marc. It includes both normal police units and riot police services. Included were design drawings and specifications for the architectural design and structural engineering, plus electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire prevention and sewer systems. The facilities are completely self-sufficient for electrical, mechanical and sewer systems.

The bridging documents defined a new courtyard for the site, and created a better unity and use of the site area.  They provide an additional vehicular egress, as well as a better standard of living for staff quartered on-site.

Construction was completed in 2016.
