Technical Assessment Report.

A cooperation between US-based and local consultants, a technical assessment of the 47 acre Haitian Police School campus, investigating and proposing sustainable solutions to infrastructure: sewer, storm water, power, potable water, and seismic concerns. In additions, new buildings accommodating a changing enrolment were considered, and developed in a subsequent task order.
