U.S. New Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium

Hollingsworth Pack is supporting the design of a new embassy compound in Brussels, Belgium. Hollingsworth Pack is responsible for providing constructability analysis as well as operations and maintenance recommendations of the building encompassing over 500,000 sq ft. of office space housing the U.S. diplomatic to both Belgium and the European Union during the property acquisition phase. The project is now beginning the design phase and where Kieran Timberlake is the prime consultant, with Hollingsworth Pack providing a Basis of Design Document for Operations and Maintenance as well as Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCFO) analysis.
