The Commissariat in Terrier Rouge was inaugurated today.  The US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs solicited the project as a design-bid-build project, designed by Hollingsworth Pack, with the support of CTA in Austin for MEP design, and Geoconsult in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The construction firm was PALGAG.  The ribbon cutting ceremony was the first public appearance of the newly arrived Chargé d'Affaires, Robin Diallo. Additional VIP participants included the Director General of the Haitian National Police (HNP) Michel-Ange Gedeon, and the Mayor of Terrier Rouge, Marie Evena Daniel Pompilus.
