Wolf Crossing

New retail development

Phase I structural engineering included the design of four new single-story commercial retail buildings totaling 58,500 square feet, conventionally steel-framed with tilt-up concrete wall panels. Electrical site lighting design and infrastructure for the entire 42-acre development, including two independent power distribution points separately metered from the Phase I shell buildings, thus providing the developer flexibility to control and meter electrical usage for the entire site independent of the buildings.
