Hollingsworth Pack was contracted to provide support during the design/build phase of the Design/Build contract. Subsequently, the presence on site was continued as a RPSO's task order to provide on-site construction management for the project.
The project consists of the upgrade of the compound’s anti-climb/anti-ram perimeter fence, a new mantrap, new anti-climb gate, a Mail Screening Facility and various interior improvements, including a high end executive conference room. HP is responsible for the calculation of estimates in connection with requests for equitable adjustments.
