Hollingsworth Pack was hired to provide on site construction management for the project. A second means of egress was added as a freestanding tower to the east facade of the Chancery building. In addition to daily construction management, Hollingsworth Pack was responsible for the calculation of estimates in connection with requests for equitable adjustments.
