The US Consulate in Strasbourg received in 2006 and 2007 a perimeter security upgrade, with SKE as the contractor for the design-build project. Hollingsworth Pack was contacted to take over construction management half way through the project, when the first partial completion deadline was already exceeded, without significant progress.
Through the course of the following nine months, the project was completed with significant effort on the part of the contractor (to avoid a larger conflict) and on the part of Post, who endured the construction for a longer period than originally anticipated.
