Terrier Rouge Police Station

New construction of a police station in Haiti.

Preparation of design-bid-build documents for solicitation of a police station in Terrier Rouge. The two-story structure included office spaces, breakrooms, sleeping areas for officers and short-term holding cells. The documents prepared included design drawings and specifications for the architectural design, structural engineering, and electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire prevention and sewer systems. Construction was completed in 2017. Hollingsworth Pack was the prime consultant and architects & engineers of record. Geoconsult performed the geotechnical studies and report.

Hollingsworth Pack Austin performed structural and MEP engineering bridging documents for design-build delivery, including design of self-sufficient electrical, mechanical and sewer systems.
