Interior renovation and refresh for all of the restaurants, bars and coffee shops within the resort, including new construction of a satellite kitchen and a 4,500 square foot exterior deck for events and dining. Extensive construction administration services provided to assist the owner and GC in staging and scheduling construction around the continued operation of the Resort.
