Communities in Schools is a nonprofit organization focused on resources to the community to ensure equitable learning conditions in schools and beyond. Hollingswoth Pack provided MEP engineering design and construction administration services for Communities in Schools' new owner occuped two-story, 30,000 square foot office and community resource building. The design team focused on providing MEP solutions that were effective while meeting the client's budget constraints. Energy efficient lighting and direct expansion HVAC systems were specified throughout to provide a comfortable working and learning environment. The project was completed entirely in Revit.
