New construction of a three-story boutique hotel of approximately 17,000 square feet below roof. The building will be constructed primarily of wood-framing, with structural steel used supplementally to support large cantilever floor plates, balconies, walkways, brick screen walls, and under building parking. Hollingsworth Pack Austin and Denver are performing structural engineering, and Hollingsworth Pack Austin performing MEP engineering.
