Woody Smeck joins Hollingsworth Pack's Advisory Board

We are pleased to announce that Woody Smeck has joined Hollingsworth Pack's Advisory Board, joining our strategical advisors: Bryce Hollingsworth (Chairman, RET. U.S. Air Force), Earl Graves (RET. U.S. Department of State), Karl Schmidt (RET. U.S. Air Force), Neal Hollingsworth (MSc (Econ.)) Patrick Collins (RET. U.S. Department of State), and Søren Holm Johansen (former Executive Director Ramboll, MSc (Econ.)).

With more than 30 years of working with the National Park Service where he served as superintendent of several iconic North American National Parks including Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Grand Canyon and Yosemite, as well as most recently Director and Deputy Director for the NPS in the Pacific West Region, Mr. Smeck will provide valuable guidance to the firm, as we seek to support the missions of the Department of the Interior Bureaus developing projects in conjunction with the Great American Outdoors Act.

Woody joined the National Park Service as a landscape architect right after his graduation. During his career he developed a model of how an urban park should run, bringing back to life little-known national parks and underlining the importance of having a clear and accessible infrastructure of services.

He has more than 30 years of experience in managing parks, ranging from urban settings to wilderness, and he is a proven leader with a track record of personally built partnerships and community relations.

We are delighted for the opportunity to work with Woody, his great knowledge and experience will be surely beneficial to our work with the Department of the Interior.

We would like to give you a warm welcome, Woody!

Congratulations on behalf of the Pack.
