Construction has concluded on the tenant improvement for the Siete Family Foods Headquarters located in Austin, Texas. The 28,000+ square foot facility includes office, lounge, gym, commercial demonstration kitchen, and a R&D test kitchen. Hollingsworth Pack provided Structural and MEP Engineering design services for the tenant improvement in collaboration with Jobe Corral Architects. Structural and MEP Engineering design services of the original shell building rehabilitation were also provided by Hollingsworth Pack in collaboration with Levy Architects.
