A groundbreaking ceremony was held today in Leander, for the 8th new ground-up building to be constructed at this 22-acre development at the intersection of San Gabriel Parkway and US-183a in Leander, Texas.

Hollingsworth Pack is the structural engineer of record for this shell retail building to be constructed by Engen Contracting, teaming with Studio Indigo Architecture.

Seven single-story medical office buildings were previously completed on-site by Hollingsworth Pack, Cadre Construction and Studio Indigo. Several other buildings are on the drawing board.
