Hollingsworth Pack is proud to celebrate the completion of the new Live Oak Pavilion at Horseshoe Bay Resort, a project that enhances the resort’s event offerings with a modern, adaptable venue framed by the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Scheduled to open in January 2026, this new pavilion delivers 15,000 square feet of versatile event space.

Working closely with Andrew Wagner Architects and Prevail Project Management, our team provided structural engineering solutions that allowed the pavilion to expand over an existing lagoon through carefully designed retaining walls and integrated pedestrian connectivity.

The long-span steel roof system creates an open, column-free interior ideal for large gatherings, while suspended folding partitions and storefront openings allow the space to transition seamlessly between indoor and outdoor environments.

Construction was completed with careful attention to detail, and with the project now finished, Horseshoe Bay Resort gains a landmark event space that blends structural performance and functional flexibility.
