New Hope Professional Center: The last two buildings at this professional office center are substantially complete, and tenant improvement work will begin soon. The New Hope Professional Center is a 6-building project totalling 41,500 square feet of shell medical office space. The framing was unique and responded to market conditions at the time of design and contractor pricing. Flat roof areas are supported with long-span metal roof decks spanning between wood trusses to allow for roof-top mechanical equipment and large duct penetrations, typical of commercial construction.
