Shell building construction is nearing completion, and tenant improvements are underway at our latest project supplementing the Belterra Village Development. Our scope of work included the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design of two single-story commercial buildings totalling 23,900 square feet for Cuaso Design Studio and Endeavor.
