Construction has been completed for Hank's in Windsor Park, Austin. Structural and Civil engineering services were provided for the adaptive re-use of a grocery store into a restaurant + bar + coffee shop. Structural scope included a conversion of the building structural lateral system from masonry infill walls to a concrete moment frame allowing a significant area of new architectural window openings. Civil scope included a new water tap to upgrade the building with fire sprinklers.
