The Buda Mill & Grain Co. development was featured in Prism magazine today, highlighting the transformation of this historic agricultural facility into a commercial community center in historic downtown Buda, Texas. The article features the adaptive reuse and renovation of the most recently completed building from an equipment barn into a new commercial lease space by CTA Architects & Engineers and Hollingsworth Pack. Hollingsworth Pack has provided structural, civil and MEP engineering services for the entire development spanning the last seven years from 2012-2019.
