Buckley was born and raised in Austin, TX and has over eighteen years of electrical engineering and leadership experience. As lead Electrical Engineer for Hollingsworth Pack, Buckley uses the knowledge he had gained as an engineer and project manager to grow the MEP services of HP for the local Austin market and beyond.

Buckley has been involved in a wide range of engineering consulting projects, including an Arc Flash Study and Short Circuit Analysis of a 380,000 SF Facility; he was lead Electrical Engineer on two Armed Forces Reserve Center projects across Texas, and on an aircraft Hangar at Ft. Hood. He also managed a GSA ARRA funded project involving a 1,000 packaged chiller plant with 4,000 ton/hr of ice thermal storage capacity for a 20,000 SF Data Center, and many other projects across the US and Haiti. Buckley's breadth of experience is primarily in the commercial and retail markets where he maintains strong project management and quality control capabilities along with an eye for environmental coordination with other design disciplines.
