Chris Hewitt was responsible for starting Hollingsworth Pack’s Austin office in 2010, and is currently responsible for management and oversight of all structural engineering work in the firm. He has over fifteen years of diversified experience performing structural design for virtually all types of new buildings and has extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods such as steel, CIP concrete, tilt-wall concrete, post-tensioned concrete, masonry, and timber.
In addition to new building construction, Chris has significant experience in forensic analysis and rehabilitation of distressed structures, and observation, investigation, and technical reporting on existing construction.
Chris Hewitt is a Model Law Structural Engineer and has called Austin home for over 30 years.
Buckley H Parks, PE, LEED AP BD+C
Lead Electrical Engineer

Buckley Parks is born and raised in Austin, TX and has over 15 years of electrical engineering and leadership experience. Mr. Parks is lead Electrical Engineer for Hollingsworth Pack. Using the knowledge he has gained as an engineer and project manager, he will grow the MEP services for the local Austin market and beyond.
Mr. Parks has been involved in a wide range of engineering consulting projects. Including an Arc Flash Study and Short Circuit Analysis of 3M Columbia (A 380,000 SF Facility), was lead Electrical Engineer on two Armed Forces Reserve Center projects across Texas, and a Hangar at Ft. Hood. He also managed a GSA ARRA funded project involving a 1,000 packaged chiller plant with 4,000 ton/hr of ice thermal storage capacity for a 20,000 SF Data Center, and many other projects across the US and Haiti. Mr. Parks’ breadth of experience is primarily in the Commercial and Retail markets where he has honed his project management and quality control capabilities and developed an eye for environmental coordination with other design disciplines.
Mr. Parks received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Texas and a LEED AP BD+C Certified Engineer with capability to be licensed in any U.S. State.
Brian Hockman, PE
Lead Mechanical Engineer

Brian Hockman has over 11 years of mechanical engineering experience and will be instrumental in the implementation of MEP services at Hollingsworth Pack. Utilizing his experience as a project manager, he has led teams of engineers to design and develop complete MEP projects of varying complexity and service sector areas.
Mr. Hockman has worked with clients, architects, civil engineers, and structural engineers in the design and construction phase of projects. He has performed mechanical and plumbing design and calculations, provided construction administration support for the client to ensure proper installation and operation, and he has provided LEED calculations and documentation for LEED certified projects. He has experience primarily in commercial and retail markets, with other experience in light industrial, educational, and healthcare projects. He has worked on international projects in both Haiti and Africa, including police stations, the Haitian police academy, and prisons.
Mr. Hockman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science with a minor in Mathematics from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He is fluent in English and Spanish language. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in the State of Texas with capability to be licensed in any U.S. State.
